Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Bozzuto full-time

Pros

Room for growth, Work-life balance

Cons

Training could use some updating

Current Employee - Admissions

I have been working at 2U full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

My coworkers are the absolute best. I get to work with the best and brightest who share their passion for great educational outcomes every day. Casual and flexible work environment that rewards... performance. Incredible university partners and a growing portfolio of products across differing needs of adult learners. Management is willing to make the necessary changes to make the company sustainable for the long haul for the good of its employees.

Cons

The past year has been one of tremendous change and the change management hasn't always been what we have come to expect. Some departments seem to bear the brunt of the changes while some that... need to reorganize, don't do so.

Advice to Management

Embrace the transition to profitability and sustainability. Accept that things are changing and help set context through it. Don't let the skeptic(s) win! Stay focused on what has made us great. ... Mission, passion, and performance.
