Weekend hours are required but that’s expected with the hospitality industry. Although you do get one weekend off per month.

Despite the growth,... UIP cultivates a small business atmosphere where the leadership know and appreciate onsite employees. Hard work is recognized and advancement is based on a merit. The leaders respect a good work life balance so plenty of PTO and leave is available.
There are growing pains, particularity in staffing, which they are working to fill.
