Massive company with fantastic resources and access to all the latest technologies. Great team nights out and a real sense of work hard and play hard. you weren't expected to work long hours as a... norm compared to other agencies. You will have regular revues and team meetings. In general it is a very professional settings and is a great place to make some money if you are hungry to make it.

Cons

360 recruiters are seen as not worth more to the company than resources. Allot of in fighting was going on between branches and more so between the different brands of the Adecco Group. Work place... bullying was rife and was covered up by the HR Department so managers would be able to get away with anything. Training was terrible and most of the consultants ended up teaching each-other. commission stature was very complicated and the threshold in my opinion was unfair especially for new consultants who do deals. In general training extremely poor most consultants didn't know how to use the internal systems effectively.

Advice to Management

Get rid of the under performing managers
