Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at CrossCountry Consulting full-time for more than a year

Pros

I have been working at this company for a couple of years now and this is the best team I've ever worked with. Very supportive and collaborative teams, very open leadership with great communication -... especially through the COVID hardships and changes.

Cons

The company is experiencing rapid growth and change, so at the moment it is hard to see exactly the direction that this firm is heading.

Advice to Management

Keep up the open lines of communication. The town halls are great.
