I have been working at Archon Systems full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

• Managers do take the time to conduct one-on-one meetings to get to know you and help you focus on strengths and work on weaknesses. • Great office culture where employees are encouraged to speak... up and be heard. • Founders and managers sit in the same areas as everybody else, and there's a true open door policy (related: there are no doors). • There are monthly free work lunches and quarterly rewards for team performance, but they don't use food as a way to get you to work at the office 24/7. • You don't have to fight for the equipment you need to do your job well.

Cons

• Paid vacations are generous for new employees, but vacation time doesn't scale with seniority or time with the company. It's not that the environment is overly stressful, but providing vacation... time really is a way to keep your best people performing at peak capacity. • Until early 2019, it was harder to have an idea of what career growth at Archon would look like for you. A new system in 2019 is helping greatly with this.

Advice to Management

Keep the company culture intact, it's amazing and a great incentive for employees to stay and grow. Don't forget the core offering to small businesses.
