Current Employee - Clinical Laboratory Scientist

I have been working at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Progressive culture and environment, friendly staff, management seems to at least verbally recognize staff efforts

Cons

Facilities are aging and need to be modernised. Some older aged staff not as willing to participate in the progressive culture.

Current Employee - Registered Nurse

I have been working at UCLA Health full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Great learning environment with plenty of opportunities to get involved for nursing

Cons

New management seems to not care as much about nursing than the previous managenet
