"Great Company!"14 Oct 2020

Former Employee - Lease Analyst II

I worked at Chesapeake Energy full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Great pay, great benefits and great campus!

Cons

Not a lot of cons, besides having layoffs every couple of years.

"Great Benefits"28 Sep 2020

Former Employee - Senior Manager

I worked at SandRidge Energy full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

This company offers a high quality benefits package with great vision, dental, and general health insurance. The 401k match was virtually second to none at 100% match of 10% of your salary.

Cons

This company had a significant amount of layoffs and growth potential in some positions was limited due to the size of company.
