I have been working at Cisco Systems full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

A very well established India presence with load of opportunities at work, customer exposure and skill building. Company encourages internal movement to explore various facets of work. With... facilities to work remotely, BYOD etc, you can take your work everywhere. Besides core work, a number of activities on campus, partnerships with NGOs, time to give - you can take 5 days in a calendar year to contribute to any community initiatives - either via company or in a personal NGO. Facilities on campus from a fully equipped large gym to badminton/basketball/yoga room and places to relax and unwind, Cisco has it all!

Cons

None I can think of.
