I have been working at Clarion | A Life Sciences Consultancy full-time for less than a year
Fast-growing company where the projects are exciting and innovative, the people are friendly and driven and collaborative, and the development opportunities are vast. A lot of attention is paid to... professional development and growth opportunities, as every employee has a Coach to mentor them and advocate for them in staffing meetings and performance reviews. Management encourages entrepreneurial spirit and empowers you to bring and build new ideas and impact the firm. Emphasis on developing leaders.
It's more than a 40-hour work week, but that's everywhere in consulting, and I appreciate that they're honest about it. There are other firms that pay more, but bonuses are generous, and the positive... culture and work environment make it worth it.
Advice to Management
