I have been working at Synechron full-time for more than a year
I have been working with Synechron for over 1.5 years now. Before joining I too heard and read lot of negatives about the company especially hire and fire! Well, I can now say that’s a thing of the... past. First of all you are hired only when there is a requirement. In case the project ends, you are not fired but instead are given opportunities to get a project with other client. Synechron provides benefits which are at par with industry standards. To start with, the salary you are offered. Its best in the industry. Others include: 1. Synechron has procured Udemy license for every employee wherein you can take up any course, even the paid ones as Synechron bears all the cost 2. A yearly budget of 90k for each employee which can be reimbursed by completing certifications 3. There are many awards like Employee of the month, Spot award, Surpass award(quarterly) awarded to best performers. Awards doesn’t mean only certificate, but money ranging from 10k to 30k depending on the award 4. You are provided cab or bus (at nominal charge) 5. Higher management is approachable and available to listen to you. You also get an opportunity to interact with the CEO at town-hall events 6. You get opportunities to grow up the ladder as per your interest: technical or managerial 7. Appraisals are good, solely based on your performance, no politics involved
