Current Employee - Portfolio Manager

I have been working at American Century Investments full-time

Pros

Work environment is collegiate overall. Ownership by Stowers Institute - part of company profits fund cancer research.

Cons

Very political. Culture can be stagnant and resistant to change. Comp has been going down very significantly and this is likely to continue. Business is under pressure and company has invested... into too many new things and is struggling to execute well on all the new initiatives.
