Pros

I have worked there for 2.5 years as senior software engineer. 1. Good people around you. 2. Always supportive management. 3. Work life balance. 4. Extra curriculum activities. 5. Good hike. 6.... Stress free work. 7. Yearly bonus. 8. Variable pay always above 100%

Cons

1. Not so good in package what we get in market, but overall manage to get standard package.
