-Very good place to work -good products -flexible work-life balance -supportive folks -good salaries
-very slow process of absorption from contract to payroll -bias towards contractual employees -very less chances of grooming and development for contract-based hired employees -not so good... benefits and allowances
Advice to Management
Please focus on the 3rd party hired folks. Instead of new hiring please give them chance at least on merit basis. The environment from which contractual employees evolve made them lazy and doubtful.
