Pros
- Worked closely with the lead agent - Got to plan a tour and book a gig - Great company atmosphere - Very flexible on hours
Cons
- Unpaid - Could have used more structure in the internship program - Not a lot of training involved - I wanted to learn more -
Advice to Management
I would consider creating a more comprehensive internship program so interns can learn the fundamentals of each area that pertains to being a music booking agency. I was capable of doing more:... working under pressure (assign deadlines) and learning more about the business.
