Pros
I would say that Tismo technology solutions is the best company for freshers to have a good start to their engineering career. Employees tend to leave after 2-3 years looking for a domain specific... job or a job in a product based company. However, there are senior employees who join Tismo and are happy with the work. Salary and hike provided to the freshers are very good, in comparison to the general market standards. Support from the management and ownership over the project makes it easier to learn and adapt to different technologies.
Cons
Work might feel redundant after a couple of years. Work can get hectic at times. Hikes are really good, but may feel unfair to some people.
