I worked at Shoe Zone part-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Good job, a good culture at least where I worked. Used to get money towards Christmas meal, although there was talk of that stopping.
Cons
Godawful royalty free music, which I understand was a cost cutting exercise but still. I missed when they used to play actual songs.
Advice to Management
Nothing really.
