Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Deloitte full-time

Pros

Very employee-friendly, huge learning opportunity, a place I would like to retire from

Cons

There is no such con except the location of office.

Current Employee - Management

I have been working at HOOPP full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Salary, Benefits, Pension. Location. Jim as CEO (but he's retiring soon).

Cons

Some senior leaders lack integrity and are phony. Talk out of both sides of their mouth. They know how to manage up, tell a story that makes them look good and take all the credit. That eventually... catches up with a company and cracks begin to show.

Advice to Management

Hold onto the people that count. Don't get fooled by those that know how to talk a good game but lack the substance.
