"Great Company"20 Feb 2020

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Dominion Energy full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Great pay, lots of opportunities for interesting work, and great colleagues.

Cons

Disconnect between the communicated executive mission and middle management application. Lip service to many employee issues like engagement and inclusion. Nepotism is still alive and well, albeit... under the table.

Advice to Management

Don't just "survey" employees, really take a hard look at what is happening!
