Pros

Super smart team members all striving to make an impact. The culture is super collaborative and respectful. Corporate values anchor everyone in a humble, teamwork-driven atmosphere. Company is... very involved in the community and the industry and supports work/life balance whenever possible.

Cons

Big company politics can happen. Lots of interdependent systems mean sometimes there's swirl, but everyone wants to find solutions eventually.

Advice to Management

Continue to develop a world-class benefits package including focus on work/life balance. Consider offering a sabbatical every 5 years - would be an exciting addition to our already-robust benefits.
