What Employees Say
I have been working at EPO for more than a year
- It's not a bad pay, even though the contracting framework companies take a huge chunk. - If you get the right team together, It could be pretty objective oriented (for this type of organization)
- Bureaucracy - Pretty much no work stability as a contractor. 2 month rolling contracts based on delivery of whatever management thinks they need. - No chance to give you own opinion regarding... what the overall vision is or the prioritization of work.
Advice to Management
- I know the organization has had bad experiences with consulting on software solutions. But that is not excuse to keep your consultants on such sub-par conditions
