Current Contractor - Anonymous Contractor

I have been working at EY for more than 3 years

Pros

Exposure, Travel, Team activities, pay

Cons

Haven’t had any negative experience till date.

Former Employee - Senior Software Engineer

I worked at CGI full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

There are plenty of pros. 1. Friendly environment 2. Flexibility in working hours 3. work from home 4. Employee benefits 5. There is no micro management

Cons

Cons I would say very few 1. There is not much ON-SITE opportunity 2. The employer could arrange some more employee friendly events like organization wide sports event, meetup, etc., (There are... events like these already but still need to be implemented as it could be useful for all employees). 3. Formals dress is mandate. (As for as I know some projects are product based for which the clients wouldn't visit the office.)

Advice to Management

The salary / appraisal can be given to meet the market level. The appraisal percentage are low. Make the referral process easy.
