Sub average to average salaries, benefits and little to no work life balance. ECS is a butts in seats beltway bandit even though it bills itself as a consulting firm. If you are a new entrant into... the workforce ECS may work for you. If you are an experienced (more than say 3 years) stay away, stay far far away. There is no career advancement path, no mentoring and the execs only seem concerned with keeping the books profitable for a sale in the next couple of years. Employees are cogs and expected to feel lucky you are a cog. This is a horrible company and should be avoided at all costs.
