I worked at Revel Systems full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Big improvements in the leadership team once the original CEO/CTO left. The company finally has a plan on how to succeed. WFH, friendly management team, no micro managing. Things can be a bit... crazy when onsite with a customer, but I always felt a sense of accomplishment when a project was completed. On the days I wasn't onsite, things were relaxed and there was time to catch up on outstanding issues. Overall, I really liked my day to day routine and never dreaded "going to work"

Cons

Took over 2 years to get any sort of raise. In fact, I made more my first year with the company than I did for the following two years once they did away with the project bonuses. After 4+ years,... my income was only about 3% higher than when I started. There was also very little room for advancement within the team.

Advice to Management

Pay your employees competitive salaries and offer performance based incentives.
