Pros

Fareportal is a wonderful place to work with! The Management truly cares about everyone, Fareportal welcomes and encourages creativity. The work atmosphere and culture are the best I've ever worked... for, and everyone is authentic and likes what they do. Training programs are great and really help people to feel comfortable and grow in their respective domain. The managers are always willing to help and will take time out of their day to dedicate to helping you if needed. You get an opportunity for internal movement, if you able to upskill your knowledge.

Cons

Employee Benefit can be better i.e Insurance, tax benefits components
