I have been working at Fidelity Investments for less than a year
The work culture here is pretty laid back, at least for the position of an intern. As an intern, we'd be assigned one single project which we will be working on for the entire duration of 2 months.... My manager and Project Lead are both really friendly and nice. The project also involves latest technologies which are industry-relevant.
I wouldn't say that there are any downsides, but if I HAVE to pick one, it would be the salaries. Being just an intern, I really don't know enough about salaries in the tech world to be able to judge... a company from this standpoint, but just being an intern also means that I can be optimistic and have high (albeit naiive) goals of earning money. Honestly, there are no cons of working at the company, I am actually really liking my time here
