"Great People"19 Dec 2019

Current Employee - Human Resources Business Partner

I have been working at Flybe part-time for more than 10 years

Pros

The People are great, it's a real family spirit!

Cons

Need to plan more, and put People at the front of the agenda

Advice to Management

Don't forget People engagement - it's not a good to do it makes commercial sense to do so. Happy employees = happy customers = better profits
