Former Employee - Packer

I worked at Foster Farms full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Job.has Weekly pay. Check

Cons

Cold freezer and they dont know how to treat or talk to you.

Advice to Management

needs to know how to talk and treat employees

Current Employee - Associate Director

I have been working at Leprino Foods full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

-Private company without the wild financial games played each quarter that stock based companies have. -Pay is higher than most similar roles in other companies. -Ethical and Reputable Company.... -Hard work is rewarded. -Profit share into private 401Ks is a great perk.

Cons

-Very inflexible around remote working or working from home. -Company culture is a bit outdated. Not always a bad thing, but due for some modernization.

Advice to Management

-To remain competitive in hiring and retaining, a serious improvement to work from home or remote working is critical.
