Fractal is a very reputed organization in Data Science and Analytics domain. What stands out about this organization is its transparency and focus on the employees. Pros: - Highly skilled work... force (team members are usually very competent and maintain a healthy environment for everyone to learn, share and grow) - Flexible timings (employee is trusted to ensure collaboration with team and therefore, there is no strict in/out time and timesheets) - Transparency (top management shares company performance and shares about the high and lows, wins and losses) - Skill vs project mapping and aspirations is widely respected and employees are given opportunities to grow
Ways of working is the key driver ingredient for any project here. Sometimes the process itself (like maintaining trackers, documentation, etc.) gets too exhaustive and takes more bandwidth than the... actual task.
