I have been working at DAC Beachcroft full-time for more than a year
Pros
Very friendly and approachable colleagues, always willing to help and support you. Training and support during the first few months of being there was superb - always willing to go over things with... you if you need clarification. My work is usually team based, so if you like working as part of a team, this may interest you. Would recommend role for anyone interested in finance or has above average Excel skills.
Cons
Workloads can be quite big, so good organisational skills and time management skills is recommended. Workloads can also sometimes be repeatitive when chasing clients, but that is the nature of the... job at times.
Advice to Management
Cannot really think of much to improve on really. DACB has done really well at making me feel like part of a family, and has also done really well in adapting to the Covid Crisis.
