Former Employee - Senior Staff Enterprise Architect

I worked at GE full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

GE is known for its ability to manufacture leaders and its alumni are leaders in so many organizations across the globe. They put integrity first before anything else.

Cons

GE used to have regular employee opinion surveys earlier and stopped somewhere around 2014. A lot of great action items would come out of it and was useful to keep managers accountable and honest.... Shouldn't have been stopped.

There are no cons from my side.
