None but if I had to choose one… Remote work sometimes offered

Cons

Over worked, underpaid, horrible work/life balance (and that’s pretty sad when your job is fully remote from home), extremely micromanaged (to the point that it affects the employee’s production... numbers and accuracy bc we are interrupted constantly with random questions from managers to look back and describe what happened a week ago and why you had a file open for over 5 minutes… etc)

Pros

What I love most about my job is the people that I work with and the freedom to create a way of working that works best for me. We care about what we do on a daily basis to provide compassion and... quality to our members on a daily basis. I am very grateful to be an employee for United Healthcare and one of the things I like most is that it is such an Innovative and dynamic company that offers many opportunities for growth and career advancement. United Healthcare is very supportive of their employees, and it show in many ways. I'm proud to be part of something so great.
