Strong culture. Great coworkers. So many opportunities to move up within the company. Problem solving is easy with so many resources that are willing to help out.

I honestly can't think of any cons. Some of the programs used can be a little challenging to get the hang of at first, but their is plenty of training and so many resources to use to get help when... needed.
