Featured Review

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at HEINEKEN USA full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Good Benefits and Great Brands

Cons

No work-life balance. Too many priorities that keep changing constantly.

Current Employee - Deputy General Manager

I have been working at Indian Oil full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

There are plenty of facilities from healthcare to good schools inside townships. The quarters are well furnished at most places with no or very minimal charge for electricity and water.

Cons

The community is very narrow minded and envious of you if you are a successful employee.

Advice to Management

The management should ensure that the employees are not being harassed by their seniors and they should be more interactive.
