I worked at Harrods for less than a year

Pros

Lovely environment, great teamwork, team meetings every morning before shift starts, lovely chill out area

Cons

Can be stressful keeping up with KPI's due to large amount of calls. Call queries can be repetitive e.g. finding out when the customer's order is coming.
