Wonderful colleagues, variation of tasks/duties, variation of hours, oppurtunities to progress.

Cons

You have to be very mentally strong to work within this environment due to negative feedback and general nastiness from members of management.

Advice to Management

Always speak to members of staff over important matters away from other colleagues and the shop floor. Always listen to two sides of story before making judgement or difficult decisions. Clamp down... on staff who feed off making nasty comments or negative feedback about other members of staff.
