Fantastic colleagues that really support you in day-to-day life in a company that gives very little recognition to its employees.

Cons

Working in am atmosphere of perpetual panic. No long term strategy or vision . Priorities are changed on a daily basis. Very little/No recognition of hard work. The atmosphere and strategy of... the company resembles that of a company that is on the brink of bankruptcy

Advice to Management

Take the time to recognise that hard work of your employees. The salaries offered are far too low compared to the work demanded.
