Rejoined the organization for the 2nd time which says that the company has a fantastic culture and leadership team Glad to say that the organization is employee centric and ensures each employee is... taken care of. There is immense job security and lots of opportunities to grow if you are willing to take up challenges. Special mention that the CHRO has a very well crafted approach on making HDFC ERGO general insurance be Great Place to work and she has been successful in achieving it for the past few years.
