There is a lot to say about the people at JPL. They are next to none in terms of helping you grow as a person, and providing you with the respect you need from the people you work with. The... management team (for my team) was great, I was provided direction and allowed to grow as an employee. My team was next to none, with everyone being super supportive (and super smart!). This made my position easier to work in, as well.
There are not many cons with JPL, they treat their employees with respect, and provide decent benefits and compensation. JPL is turning into a large company very fast, but needs to continue providing... more opportunities for employee growth.

Please continue to listen to your employees when they have comments, suggestions, or other information. Continue to provide more opportunities for people's growth, as that is what matters most in... people's lives.
