I have been working at Hexaware Technologies full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

The company is allowing work-from-home during the pandemic and supports employees to be emotionally, mentally, and physically strong. The HRs take the efforts to arrange initiatives for employee... well-being. Salary is decent ad there are opportunities for growth, especially for women.

Cons

Increments can be better. People have quit due to no increments for 2 years. Nothing else comes to mind as of now.
