Open work culture, contribution will get noticed . Quick career growth. Lot of new technologies around the corner. Great place for developers to learn and grow. A New leadership team open to new... ideas . Flexible work hours, environment.
Constant priority switching. Development and product don't work together, most times seems at odds with each other. Between the leagacy code and product needs , it like being between a rock and hard... place almost all the time. Good talented people tends to leave the company. Compensation and benefits levels does not match a global product company they want to be. Odd given that they are willing to pay a small fortunes to contractors.
Advice to Management
Too many good people have left, pls do more to retain them. The management should realize who is critical and is valuable, adjust compensation and benefits package accordingly. Unless we position... ourself as a top technology company in Vancouver, we will keep losing top talent.
