Former Employee - Senior Manager - Media Ad Sales

I worked at HolidayIQ full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Flexible Management. Fantastic CEO. They look well after their employees.

Cons

No office in other parts of India except Bangalore. Usually there is only one HR at any given time. Should get more people in HR. No corporate medical insurance

Advice to Management

Get corporate medical insurance for employees if it has not been done yet.

Former Employee - Contract Account Manager

I worked at G2 Travel full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Good company for students that want to gain experience. The office space is designed with relaxation areas.

Cons

The help in overwhelming work is close to non-existent (only 2 out of 6 managers actually helped their teams)

Advice to Management

Listen more to your executives. They may have solutions to problems that you are not even aware of.
