Pros
As long as you work your 8-9 hrs a day? They will for the most part not got onto you if you come to work a couple minutes late. The dress code is also business casual (no suits) with the option to... wear jeans every Friday and everyday over the summer which I enjoyed alot
Cons
The turnover ratio is pretty high with at least 1 person leaving every year and when they leave you end up having to do more work for the same amount of pay. OT is unlimited but if you work... anything more than 2 hrs a day you will be constantly required to show proof in writing that you worked that OT. Yearly pay barely increases and by barely I mean 0.25 - 0.50 cents or in my case didn't increase at all.

Better training for new-hires.
