The people, the work ethic, and the healthy growth make this an incredibly rewarding place to work. People are held to high standards and rewarded for it. The whole person promise is evident daily.

Cons

Typical of a growing company the communication and alignment around strategy is a challenge, but one that is being addressed by management. I'm confident in the direction we're heading

Continue to clearly communicate the strategy and priorities to build alignment across teams
