Current Employee - Lieutenant Colonel

I have been working at Indian Army full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Great organisation giving leadership training, financial propriety, skill development and exposure to national and international stage.

Cons

Hardship of frequently field posting, difficulty in children schooling pyramids of heirarchy and routine life.

Advice to Management

Should give freedom of work to the passionate and capable employees.

Current Employee - Human Resources Specialist

I have been working at U.S. Army Reserve part-time for less than a year

Pros

Great benefits and flexible schedule for drill training.

Cons

Things run slower than active duty
