Salary can be increased for already existing people

Great culture of inclusion and diversity. Ability to make an impact on the company's growth. The company genuinely cares about its employees.

Well there is no such evil.

Advice to Management

Leave policy should be changed.Giving a single leave after completion of month.We do not hear of such a rare policy in present days.It should at least 2, on each month.
