What Employees Say

- "Long hours" was the most mentioned Con at Trinity Consultants.
I worked at Innosight full-time
Pros
1. Analysts and associates are wonderful - a rare combination of very nice and smart people. Would give a solid 5 rating to them. 2. Most of the Principals are great. Hopefully, things will improve... as they become Partners at the firm. 3. Opportunity to do more, learn more than at larger firms
Cons
1. Partners don't practice what they preach i.e., they aren't adapting to the changing times and lack a clear vision. No diversity in the leadership - out of 10 odd partners there is one woman, and... no person of color. 2. Several managers left in recent years which means great individual contributors who remained were promoted. Without adequate training and mentorship, they perform poorly as managers.
Advice to Management
Practice what you preach. You attract the best talent pool. Do justice to it.
