Work-Life Balance is awesome Great work environment work-from-home option

Cons

HR and senior policy management want everyone to stay in Bangalore despite you don't need to be in the office. I don't know what is their motive but they are ok if you don't come to the office but... not-OK if you don't stay in Bangalore. Politics and people are not ready to share their knowledge easily
