I would recommend this company to friends because of its employee-friendly environment. Pros: 1) Company has many projects in hand from domestic and international clients. 2) Very supporting... Executive Leadership Team. 3) Flexible working hours and a good work-life balance. 4) One of the leading companies in the PLM services domain. 5) Employees can switch to another project without any hurdles. Respects the views of employees. 6) Can be considered for Job Security. No employee lost the job due to Covid pandemic situations—the company sustaining people on the bench and allowed them to work as per their skillsets. 7) Annual Family outings, Annual Events, Gifts, etc. facilities are encouraging. 8) Great online and classroom training available for every employee. 9) Company is growing year on year with good profits.
Since I am working with Intelizign for a couple of years, I feel there are very few cons. 1) Company-paid Medical Insurance cover is considerably less. But employees can get additional cover by... paying an extra premium. 2) Canteen facility is not available on campus.

Friendly culture, respectful boss, good compensation, travel to some interesting sites, engaging work, and lots of work with a fast growing company.
Travel to some uninteresting locations, can have long periods of downtime, and more IT work and knowledge needed than expected.
