Business Analyst

I have been working at Intermountain Healthcare

Pros

Great company to work for. Awesome benefits and a great mission. There is a lot of room to advance.

Cons

Not the best in pay for non-medical positions. That is all I can think of. This sentence is to make it 20 words.

Advice to Management

No advice to management. Keep on keeping on. How now brown cow. I just want to see the salary information

Current Employee - Project Coordinator

I have been working at BioFire Diagnostics full-time for more than a year

Pros

Great benefits, including generous 401k match, up to FREE health insurance for everyone including families, most schedules have every other Friday off, eleven paid holidays, and a $5 daily subsidy... for the cafe (all drinks are free). There is usually a fun employee only summer and holiday party that includes a small gift for all employees. They also paid for my masters degree even after just a few months of working for them. The department I work for is also great about supporting and paying for additional training and conferences. I also feel like the caliber of people working here is amazing. High level of integrity and collaboration and intelligence.

Cons

Working in research park is a little inconvenient as traffic in and out of the area is usually heavy. If coming from the south, it also involves traveling on Foothill which is a nightmare at most... times of the day.
