Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at J D Wetherspoon part-time for less than a year

Pros

Good management and support for staff

Cons

Working hours is insane for me

Current Employee - Talent Development Manager

I have been working at Mitchells & Butlers full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

Generally great people to work with that really care about what they do. Pay, benefits and flexibility are also good and very much opportunities to develop if you choose to or if you want to gain... further qualifications to better support you in what you are doing is very much possible.

Cons

None that I can think of, would just be prepared to work some long hours now and then which I think is fair ask a it is not expected or a regular occurrence
